Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made through zenistock.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

Zeni ("we", "us") operates zenistock.com.

Support is available through our Discord server and through the ticket system on this website. We respond to all tickets within 24 hours.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. What we sell

We sell digital items, primarily aged and original ("OG") digital items, including aged and original ("OG") usernames, accounts and related stock across a range of online platforms. Each listing describes what is included.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any platform whose accounts or usernames we list. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Important: most online platforms prohibit the transfer or sale of accounts in their own terms of service. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any platform you use. Our warranty in Section 8 sets out what we cover if an item is recovered or restricted.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in USD.

We accept card payments, PayPal and a range of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, USDC and USDT.

You are responsible for any currency conversion charges, network fees or transaction fees applied by your bank, payment provider or blockchain network. These are not part of the price you pay us and are not refundable by us.

Cryptocurrency payments are only accepted once fully confirmed on the relevant network. Delivery begins after confirmation, which may take a short time depending on network conditions.

5. Delivery

Delivery is automatic and immediate once payment is confirmed.

Your order is made available to you in three places:

1. On screen immediately after payment
2. By email to the address you provided at checkout
3. In your account dashboard on this website

Your order remains available in your dashboard indefinitely, so you can retrieve it at any time.

If delivery does not complete for any reason, contact support and we will resolve it or refund you.

6. Your right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. This right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right by doing so.

At checkout you are asked to confirm both of these before payment. Once you have confirmed and delivery has begun, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies.

This does not affect the warranty set out in Section 8, or any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.

7. Securing your purchase

You have 48 hours from delivery to secure your account. This means changing the password, changing the linked email address, and enabling two-factor authentication where the platform supports it.

We permanently delete our copy of the login credentials 48 hours after delivery. After that point we hold no means of accessing what you purchased.

If you do not secure the account within 48 hours, our warranty no longer applies. This window exists to protect you, and it is the single most important thing you can do after buying.

8. Warranty

Every item is covered for 30 days from the date of purchase.

This is not a 30-day return policy. It covers specific problems, listed below, and requires evidence. Full details, including how to make a claim and what voids the warranty, are in our Refund Policy.

Covered:

• The item was never delivered
• The credentials provided do not grant full access
• The account was banned or restricted before handover
• The account was recovered by a previous owner within 30 days
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item materially differs from the listing description
• The account had undisclosed restrictions at the time of handover

Standard remedy: a replacement item or store credit, at your choice.

Where no equivalent replacement is available, refunds are considered case by case.

9. Reselling

You may resell items you purchase from us.

The warranty applies to the original buyer only and does not transfer. If you resell an item, we have no obligation to the person you sell it to.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use anything purchased from us to:

• Commit fraud, scams or deception of any kind
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Send spam or engage in mass unsolicited messaging
• Harass, threaten or abuse others
• Break the law in your country or the platform's terms of service

We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future orders if we believe you have done any of these.

11. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, contact support first. We respond within 24 hours and resolve the large majority of issues quickly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will:

• Void the warranty on that order
• Suspend your account across this website and our Discord server
• Forfeit any store credit on your account

If you withdraw the dispute or settle the balance, your account can be reinstated. Suspensions become permanent only where the matter is left unresolved.

We keep records of every order, including delivery timestamps, IP addresses and access logs, and we provide these to payment providers when defending disputes.

12. Store credit

Store credit issued under our warranty does not expire and can be used on any item we sell. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

Store credit is forfeited if your account is suspended under Section 11.

13. Availability and cancellation

We sell worldwide and do not currently restrict any country.

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. Where we cancel an order that has been paid for, you will be refunded in full.

We may also cancel orders where payment is flagged as high risk, fails to confirm, or is later reversed.

14. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, lost followers, lost business opportunities, or the value of any content, audience or activity built on an item purchased from us.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

16. Governing law

Where you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
